Claims (1)
- 先端を封止したジルコニアチユーブの内外面に
一対の電極を形成し、内側を基準空気に接触させ
、外側を窒素酸化物還元触媒を担持させた窒素酸
化物還元触媒層で覆つて機関の排気中に臨ませて
、排気中の酸素濃度を介して機関に吸入される混
合気の空燃比を検出する酸素センサにおいて、前
記窒素酸化物還元触媒層に焼結促進剤を加え且つ
外側の層程焼結促進剤の含有濃度を段階的に高く
して複数層で構成したことを特徴とする酸素セン
サ。
