第１図は本考案の一実施例を示すモールド電動
機の要部分解斜視図、第２図は同じくモールド電
動機の側面図、第３図は同じくモールド電動機の
要部切欠側面図、第４図は従来のモールド電動機
の要部要部切欠側面図である。 同図中、１はステータ、２はステータコア、３
はコイル、４は係止縁、５は溝部、６はロータ、
７はエンドブラケツト、８は接続端子、９は連結
部材である。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 二つに分割形成されたステータコアに夫々
コイルを巻装し、これを合成樹脂等の絶縁素材に
よつて夫々一体的にインサート成形して二つ割の
ステータを構成するとともに、そのモールド部分
の両側端部には夫々係止縁を形成し、同係止縁に
は連結部材を係合させてなることを特徴とするモ
ールド電動機。 (2) 二つ割に形成されるステータの内縁に溝部
を形成し、同溝部によつてエンドブラケツトを挾
持する様にして固定してなる請求項１記載のモー
ルド電動機。 (3) 係止縁の内側に凹部を形成し、同部にリー
ド線の接続端子を装設してなる請求項１記載のモ
ールド電動機。
