Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) フレキシブル磁気デイスクの一面を研磨す
る研磨シリンダーと、上記磁気デイスクの反対面
に対向し、該磁気デイスクを上記研磨シリンダー
に向けて押すバツクアツプ装置とを含むフレキシ
ブル磁気デイスクの表面研磨装置において、上記
研磨シリンダーの両側に、エアを吹出す補助ノズ
ルを備えたことを特徴とするフレキシブル磁気デ
イスクの表面研磨装置。 (2) 上記研磨シリンダーは、同巾のラツピング
テープを案内する回転可能な円筒形ロールである
