品スライサーの正面図。第１２図は従来の刃押え
装置の一部を拡大した縦断側面図。第１３図は同
上の正面図。第１４図は同上による刃出しにより
平刃の両端が隠れる状態を示す説明図である。 図において１は削台、５は刃口、６は平刃取付
部、９は平刃、１２は刃押え、１５は押しねじ、
ｄ，ｄはは刃押え１２の突出する部分、ｅは凹む
部分である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 削台に設けた平刃取付部へ、前記削台の刃
    の口より刃先がのぞくように平刃は添え、この平
    刃に刃押えを重ねて、押しねじにより押えさせた
    食品スライサーの刃押え装置において、前記刃押
    えを前縁と後縁のみで刃物へ接するように形成し
    、その前縁の両端部に他の部分よりも僅かに刃物
    側へ突出する部分を設けたことを特徴とする食品
    スライサーの刃押え装置。 (2) 請求項第１項における刃押えの前縁の押し
    ねじに対応する部分に、他の部分よりも僅かに凹
    む部分を設けたことを特徴とする食品スライサー
    の刃押え装置。
