  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ボール紙、段ボール等の板紙やプラスチツ
    ク薄板に、使用時に手によつて容易に分離可能な
    破断線を刻設することによつて、ペツト排泄物等
    の掻き寄せ片と載置片とを一体的に形成するか、
    もしくは、板紙やプラスチツク薄板で掻き寄せ片
    と載置片とが夫々別体に構成されており、前記載
    置片の一側には、防水性素材から成る袋が、その
    底部付近において固着されており、使用に臨んで
    、ペツト排泄物等を掻き寄せ片で載置片上に移動
    した後袋を反転させて排泄物等を載置片と共に被
    包することにより、手を汚すことなく汚物の始末
    ができるように構成して成るペツト排泄物等の処
    理袋。 (2) 掻き寄せ片が、長方形厚紙に、その長手方
    向に沿つて２本の折曲線を設けたものから成り、
    載置片が、一辺において前記掻き寄せ片と分離容
    易に連結している四角形の厚紙の、他の三辺に立
    ち上げ縁形成用側縁部が折曲線によつて区画形成
    されたものから成る請求の範囲第１項記載の処理
    袋。
