―線断面図、第５図は複両面段ボールシート
にスロツテイング加工を施す状態を示す一部正面
断面図、第６図は両面段ボールシートにスロツテ
イング加工を施す状態を示す一部正面断面図、第
７図は受刃軸の移動機構の一実施例を示す説明断
面図、第８図は従来技術に係る溝切り装置で複両
面段ボールシートにスロツテイング加工を施す状
態を示す正面断面図、第９図は第８図に示す装置
において角切り刃が受刃の外周面に当接した状態
で示す右側面図、第１０図は第８図に示す装置に
より両面段ボールシートにスロツテイング加工を
施す状態を示す正面断面図、第１１図は第１０図
に示す装置において角切り刃が受刃の外周面に当

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) シート状材１２の給送速度と同期して相互
    に反対方向に回転するスロツタ軸１８と受刃軸２
    ０とを対をなす上下の関係で配設し、前記スロツ
    タ軸１８に配設した環体２２に関係的に溝切り刃
    １４を配設すると共に、前記受刃軸２０に配設し
    た環体２４に一対の受刃１６，１６を軸方向に所
    定間隔で配設し、前記溝切り刃１４と受刃１６，
    １６との協働作用下にシート状材１２の溝切りを
    行なうよう構成した溝切り装置において、 前記スロツタ軸１８に軸心を偏位させて外挿し
    た偏心部材３８と、 この偏心部材３８の外周に回動自在に遊嵌され
    、前記溝切り刃１４の刃先１４ａを半径方向外方
    に突出させて固定するホルダ４２と、 前記ホルダ４２を偏心部材３８に対して回動さ
    せる回動手段４０，４２ａ，４６と、 前記受刃軸２０をスロツタ軸１８に対して平行
    に近接および離間移動させる移動機構５４とから
    なり、 前記移動機構５４により前記受刃軸２０をスロ
    ツタ軸１８に対し平行に近接および離間移動させ
    た際に、前記ホルダ４２を回動手段４０，４２ａ
    ，４６によつて偏心部材３８に対し回動させるこ
    とにより、 該ホルダ４２に固定した溝切り刃１４の刃先１
    ４ａが前記環体外周面から半径方向外方に突出す
    る量を調節し、当該溝切り刃１４と受刃１６，１
    ６との最適な協働作用状態でシート状材１２の溝
    切り加工をなし得るよう構成した ことを特徴とするシート状材用溝切り装置。 (2) 前記溝切り刃１４に角切り刃５０が関係的
    に配設され、溝切り刃１４における刃先１４ａの
    突出量を調節することにより、当該角切り刃５０
    における刃先５０ａの前記環体外周面から半径方
    向外方への突出量が調節される請求項１記載のシ
    ート状材用溝切り装置。
