Generally, cylindrical filters are often used in Sunarener to filter the fluid and remove impurities, but when used for a long time, impurities adhere to the filter and the pressure drop becomes large, so sometimes The filter needs to be cleaned. So,
Conventionally, foreign substances have been removed by scraping the peripheral surface of the filter with a scraping plate, but even when this is combined with backwashing, it is difficult to completely eliminate clogging of the filter. Ta. Therefore, recently, a system has been proposed in which a brush is brought into contact with the circumferential surface of the filter to eliminate clogging. Because this is carried out before backwashing, impurities removed by the brush tend to re-adhere to the filter, and not only is it not possible to clean it sufficiently even with backwashing, but some of it may even pass through the filter. The drawback was that it was washed away to the plant side.

The present invention was proposed in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional technology. The present invention has a cylindrical filter that filters fluid and removes impurities, and is movable relative to the circumferential surface of the filter. A rotary hopper formed with a rotary hopper is provided with its opening facing the circumferential surface of the filter, and scraping plates that are in sliding contact with the circumferential surface of the filter are attached to each side of the open end of the rotary hopper, and A brush is installed between both scraping plates that slides against the filter to eliminate clogging.
The feature is that the backwash chamber of the rotating hopper is connected to the discharge pipe to form a strainer.
By eliminating clogging with the brush and backwashing at the same time, the impurities removed by the brush can be immediately led to the backwash chamber and discharged from the discharge pipe, making it possible to eliminate the contaminants that have been removed by the brush at once. High filtration efficiency can be maintained without the risk of the removed clogging contaminants re-attaching to the surrounding surface of the filter or part of them passing through the filter and flowing into the plant. The brush is installed between both scraping plates, which prevents relatively large contaminants in the fluid from being bitten directly between the tip of the brush, the filter, and the surrounding surface, and damaging the brush for a long period of time. It is an object of the present invention to provide a strainer that can sufficiently withstand the use of water, has a simple structure, and can be manufactured at low cost.

In the strainer of the present invention having the above configuration, the fluid introduced into the filter 4 from the inflow pipe 25 is filtered by the circumferential surface of the filter 4, fills the annular chamber between the filter 4 and the main body case 1, and flows out. Outflows from tube 26. At this time, the contaminants contained in the fluid adhere to the circumferential surface of the filter 4, but as the amount of contaminants that adhere increases, the differential pressure between the inlet and outlet sides of the fluid increases. When the differential pressure becomes large to a certain extent, the motor 18 is automatically driven and the rotary hopper 5 is slowly rotated in the direction of the arrow by the rotary shaft 15. When the rotary hopper 5 rotates, the scraping plate 8 pressed by the pressing device 14 slides on the circumferential surface of the filter 4 and scrapes off foreign matter attached to the circumferential surface of the filter 4.
The brush 11 located between the two scraping plates 8, 8 is
It comes into sliding contact with the filter 4 to eliminate clogging. At the same time as the motor 18 is driven, a valve (not shown) provided in the discharge pipe 23 is opened.
The pressure in the backwash chamber 6 of the rotating hopper 5 is low, and a part of the filtered fluid filling the annular chamber between the filter 4 and the main body case 1 is transferred to the filter facing the opening 7 of the hopper 5. 4 flows backward into the backwash chamber 6 through the opening 7 and is discharged via the discharge pipe 23. Therefore, the peripheral surface of the filter 4 is unclogged by the brush 11 and at the same time is backwashed by the backflowing fluid, and the removed impurities are discharged from the backwashing chamber 6 along with the cleaning fluid. It will be guided to the tube 23. Therefore, once removed, the clogged contaminants will not re-adhere to the circumferential surface of the filter 4, or a portion of them will not flow out through the filter 4.

Since it collects in a drain reservoir on the bottom of the main body case 1, it is only necessary to open a valve (not shown) provided on the drain pipe 24 and draw it out as appropriate.

In this way, when the peripheral surface of the filter 4 is backwashed and the clogging is eliminated, the differential pressure between the fluid inflow side and the fluid outflow side becomes small, so the motor 18 is automatically stopped and the discharge pipe is unclogged. The valve 23 is also closed to complete the backwash cleaning.

In this embodiment, the fluid is introduced into the cylindrical filter 4 and filtered, but the fluid is introduced into the annular chamber between the filter 4 and the main body case 1, and the filtered fluid is filtered. Filter 4
It may also be made to flow out from within. However, in that case, the rotating hopper 5 needs to be designed to be movable relative to the outer peripheral surface of the filter 4.
Further, in this embodiment, the tips of the scraping plate 8 and the brush 11 are pressed against the circumferential surface of the filter 4 via the mounting bracket 9 by a pressing device.
The rotating hopper 5 itself may be pressed against the peripheral surface of the filter 4.

As explained above in detail, according to the strainer of the present invention, while filtering fluid, it is possible to eliminate clogging on the circumferential surface of the filter using brushes and perform backwashing at the same time. Since the clogged contaminants do not re-adhere to the circumferential surface of the filter, and part of it does not pass through the filter and flow out, high filtration efficiency can be maintained, and the brushes are attached to the scraping plates on both sides. Since it is located in the middle, the brush is not damaged by large foreign objects, can withstand long-term use, has a simple structure, and can be manufactured at low cost. It is something that you have.
