When trying to filter a fluid containing components that are highly viscous and easily solidify, such as cement milk, using a conventional strainer, the high viscosity fluid stays in the filtration tank, making it difficult to distribute the filtration evenly on the entire circumference of the filtration element. The disadvantage is that it is difficult to carry out and the filtration efficiency is extremely poor. In addition, the filtration element is easily clogged, and the high viscosity fluid adheres to and hardens on the inner peripheral surface of the filtration tank, making it unsuitable for long-term use.

Washing members 14, 14 are attached to the arm rods 11a, 11a, respectively, and are connected to the inner circumferential surface of the filtration tank 1 and the outer circumferential surface of the filtration element 7, respectively, for cleaning them. In the illustrated example, the inner and outer parts 1 are parallel to the arm rod 11a.
A pair of brush insertion members 15a, 15a are arranged side by side, and the arm rod 11a and the brush insertion members 15a, 15b are integrated by connecting members 16, 16, and each brush insertion member 15a, 15b is A cleaning member 14 is constructed by detachably inserting a pair of inner and outer brushes 14a and 14b. 1 pair of inner and outer brushes 1
5a and 15b are in pressure contact with the outer peripheral surface of the filter element 7 and the inner peripheral surface of the filter tank 1, respectively, as shown in FIG.
It is preferable that the direction of contact be directed obliquely rearward with respect to the traveling direction P of the rotating member 10. As the cleaning member 14, in addition to a brush, it is also possible to use a Teflon (registered trademark) scraper formed in the shape of a knife edge.
It is also possible to employ a rotating member 10 having one or three or more. In the figure, reference numerals 17, 17 are legs for supporting the filter tank 1.

Next, the operation and effects of the device of the present invention will be explained based on the above embodiments. The high viscosity stock solution a flows into the filtration tank 1 from the stock solution inflow pipe 5, and the fluid pressure and the rotating member 10
After being sent almost evenly around the filtration element 7 by the rotation of
At step 9, the solid anisotropy is removed and the liquid flows into the filter element 7 to become filtrate b. This filtrate b is transferred to the filtrate outflow pipe 8
It is taken out to the outside through. On the other hand, solid foreign matter c attached to the surface of the filter element 7 is removed by the inner brush 14a.
After being scraped off by the flow pressure and the rotation of the rotating member 10, the undiluted solution a is guided by the flow of the undiluted solution a, which rotates around the filtration element 7, and is guided to the foreign matter discharge pipe 6. The foreign matter discharge pipe 6 is opened at an appropriate time to discharge the solid foreign matter b.

Inside and outside brush (cleaning member) 14 during the above filtration action
a, 14b and the rotating member 10 rotate, and as described above, the inner brush 14a scrapes off solid foreign matter adhering to the filter element 7 to prevent clogging, and the outer brush 14b cleans the inner circumferential surface of the filter tank 1. This prevents the highly viscous stock solution a from sticking to the filtration tank 1. Also, the rotating member 10 and the inner and outer brushes 14a,
The rotation of 14b allows the high viscosity stock solution a to be stirred, prevents the stock solution a from staying in the filtration tank 1, and improves the filtration efficiency by ensuring that the stock solution a is filtered evenly around the entire periphery of the filter element 7. can be raised.

As described above, the present invention includes a cleaning member 14 that comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the filter tank 1 and the outer peripheral surface of the filter element 7 and cleans them, on the rotating member 10 that rotates between the filter tank 1 and the filter element 7. Since it is attached to form a strainer, the following effects can be achieved.

The cleaning member can clean the filter medium of the filtration element to prevent over-clogging (clogging), and can also prevent the highly viscous stock solution from adhering and solidifying on the inner peripheral surface of the filtration tank. Therefore, with the strainer of the present invention, it is possible to filter fluids containing highly viscous and easily solidified components, such as cement milk, which cannot withstand long-term use with conventional strainers.

The rotating member and the cleaning member agitate the stock solution and cause proper flow of the stock solution, so it is possible to prevent high viscosity stock solution from staying in the filtration tank, and also to send the stock solution almost evenly around the filtration element, so that the stock solution is distributed throughout the filtration element. The filtration work can be performed using the surrounding area, and the filtration efficiency can be improved. Furthermore, performing the filtration work substantially evenly around the entire periphery of the filtration element has a significant effect in preventing excessive clogging of the filtration element.

As mentioned above, since proper flow of the stock solution is possible, there is also the effect that the discharge action of solid foreign matter can be promoted.
