第１図は本考案実施例の構成図、第２図は第１
図における要部を斜視図で表した位置検出動作の
説明図、第３図はＸ線応力測定機のゴニオメータ
に対する従来の位置検出手段の構成図である。各
図において、 ３：ゴニオメータヘツド、４：Ｘ線管球、５：
ガイガーカウンタ、６：測定対象物、６ａ：被測
定面、８：反射体としてのセツテングミラー、９
：光フアイバ式の位置検出センサ、１０：投光用
光フアイバ、１１〜１４：受光用光フアイバ。
図における要部を斜視図で表した位置検出動作の

図において、 ３：ゴニオメータヘツド、４：Ｘ線管球、５：

：光フアイバ式の位置検出センサ、１０：投光用
光フアイバ、１１〜１４：受光用光フアイバ。
Claims (1)
- Ｘ線応力測定機に組み込んだゴニオメータのＸ
線照射位置調整に際して、測定対象物に対するゴ
ニオメータの相対位置検出を行う位置検出用セン
サであつて、１本の投光用光フアイバと、該投光
用光フアイバを中心にその周囲に配列した複数本
の受光用光フアイバとから成る光フアイバ束を測
定対象物へ向けてゴニオメータのヘツドに取付け
、投光用光フアイバを通じて測定対象物の被測定
面上に配置した反射体へ可視光を投光した状態で
、各受光用光フアイバに入射する反射光の受光量
、および各光フアイバ相互間の受光量強度差を基
に測定対象物の被測定面に対するゴニオメータの
相対間隔、傾きを検出するよう構成したことを特
徴とするゴニオメータの位置検出用センサ。
