る。 １は投光素子、２は受光素子、４は投光レンズ
、５は被測定物体、８は遮光筒、９は長孔、１０
は遮光板、１１は投光穴である。

は遮光板、１１は投光穴である。
Claims (1)
- 被測定物体にビームを照射して被測定物体の表
面上に光スポツトを形成する投光手段と、投光手
段の光軸からずれた位置に設置され光スポツトの
位置を検出する受光手段とを備え、三角測量方式
により被測定物体の表面の変位量を検知する変位
センサにおいて、投光手段の前方に周方向におい
て回動自在に取り付けられ閉塞された前面に長孔
が形成された遮光筒と、この遮光筒の前面に長孔
の長手方向においてスライド自在に取り付けられ
長孔を通過した投光ビームの内の主ビームだけを
通す大きさの円形の投光穴が形成された遮光板と
を備えたことを特徴とする変位センサ。
