In the waste liquid treatment apparatus having the above-described structure, plant waste liquid is stored in the waste liquid storage tank 1, and when the waste liquid reaches a predetermined amount, the first and second valves 51 and 53 are opened and the waste liquid water supply pump 4 is operated. The first pipe 2 1
The waste liquid is then transferred to the waste liquid concentration system 3 and concentrated. The treated liquid concentrated in this waste liquid concentration system 3 is usually in the state where the fourth and sixth valves 5 4 and 5 6 are open, and the fifth valve 5 5
In the closed state, the liquid is transferred to the drum packing system through the third and fourth pipes 2 3 and 2 4 . At this time, if the treatment liquid cannot be received in the drum filling system, the waste liquid treatment system 3 is opened with the fifth valve 5 5 open and the first and sixth valves 5 1 and 5 6 closed. The processing liquid is temporarily stored in the concentrate storage tank 10 through the third pipe 23 . Then, when it becomes possible to receive the processing liquid in the drum filling system, the fifth valve 55 is closed, and the third valve 55 is closed.
The sixth valves 5 3 , 5 6 are opened and the treated liquid temporarily stored in the concentrated liquid storage tank 10 is transferred to the second and first pipes 2 2 , 2 by the concentrated liquid supply pump of the waste liquid concentration system 3 .
1 , waste liquid concentration system 3, and third and fourth piping 2 3 , 2
4 to the drum packing system. Here, the waste liquid transferred from the waste liquid storage tank 1 to the waste liquid concentration system 3 or the processing liquid transferred from the concentrated liquid storage tank 10 to the waste liquid concentration system 3 is transferred smoothly and solidified at low temperature. 1st to 3rd for the purpose of preventing
The temperature is maintained in the range of approximately 60 to 70°C by first to third heaters 6 1 to 6 3 provided in the pipes 2 1 to 2 3 , respectively. This temperature is monitored by first to third sensors 7 1 to 7 3 provided corresponding to each of the heaters 6 1 to 6 3 , and if the temperature falls outside the above temperature range, the temperature control system 11 issues an alarm. It will be done. The operator stops and resets the alarm after confirming the temperature abnormality in the electric circuit of each heater 7 1 to 7 3 based on this alarm.

However, in the waste liquid treatment apparatus described above, the waste liquid transferred from the waste liquid storage tank 1 to the waste liquid concentration system 3 through the first pipe 21 does not need to be kept warm because it is not yet concentrated. Therefore, the temperature of the waste liquid becomes about the same as the outside temperature, and the temperature of the first pipe 2 1 decreases, and the first and second sensors 7 1 and 7 2 indicate "low temperature".
is detected and the system issues a “low temperature” alarm.
Therefore, the operator must first and second heaters 7 1 , 7 2
After confirming an abnormal temperature in the electric circuit, the alarm had to be stopped and reset, which placed a heavy burden on the operator. By the way, the first phase that occurs when the waste liquid is transferred from the waste liquid storage tank 1 to the waste liquid concentration system 3
The temperature drop in the pipes is not a problem for this processing system, and it is best to limit the operator's alarm checks and confirmation operations to only when there is an abnormality in the electric circuit of each heater. This is undesirable because the number of times the waste liquid is transferred from the waste liquid storage tank 1 increases, which increases the burden on the operator.

21 in the figure is a signal from the first valve 51 .
The output of this signal 21 is "1" when the first valve 51 is open and "0" when it is closed. The signal 21 of the first valve 51 is sent to the OR circuit 22 and the first NOT circuit 2.

The output is "1" within the temperature control range (before T 1 ). In FIG. 3, the period from time T1 to T4 indicates the alarm block time, and the period from time T2 to T3 indicates the maximum block time. Further, the first valve 5 1
After passing through the first NOT circuit 23 1 , the signal 21 is output to the second AND circuit 24 2 via the timer 26 and the second NOT circuit 23 2 , and is also output to the second AND circuit 24 2 . is the signal from the OR circuit 22 and the first AND circuit 241 to the third
The signals obtained from the NOT circuit 23 and 3 are respectively output. Note that the timer 26 operates from the time the first valve 5 1 closes until the temperature of the first pipe 2 1 reaches the temperature control range, and the output from the timer 26 when the signal is activated is "0". , the output when stopped is "1". The signal from the second AND circuit 24 2 is output to the OR circuit 22, the first AND circuit 24 1 , and the lamp 27, respectively. The lamp 27 is

The signal 28 from the first temperature sensor 7 1 is output to the third AND circuit 24 3 via the circuit 23 2 , and the signal 28 from the first temperature sensor 7 1 is input to the third AND circuit 24 3 . In the electric circuit of such a temperature control system, the second
From the AND circuit 24 2 to the OR circuit 22
The wiring returning to the AND circuit 242 forms a self-hold circuit. That is, if the output of the signal 21 of the first valve 51 is "1", the second and third NOT circuits 2
The output of either signal from 3 2 or 23 3 is “0”
Unless otherwise, the signal output from the second AND circuit 24 2 will be "1". Then, the first valve 5
Even if the output of the signal 1 becomes "0", the output of the signal of the OR circuit 22 is held "1" by the self-hold circuit, and the second and third NOT circuits 23 2 , 23
The self-hold is released only when the output of at least one of the respective signals from 3 becomes "0". Although the above circuit is shown in logic representation,
Specifically, relays, sequencers, etc. are used.

(1) If the first valve 5 1 is “open” (output “1”),
The signal output from the OR circuit 22 becomes "1", and the signal output from the second AND circuit 242 becomes "1" due to the self-hold circuit. Therefore, the output of the signal from the fourth NOT circuit 234 is "0", and even if the output of the signal 28 from the first temperature sensor 71 is "1", the output of the signal from the fourth NOT circuit 234 is "1".
The signal output from the AND circuit 243 is "0" and no alarm is issued. Note that the lamp 27 is lit because the output of the signal from the second AND circuit 24 2 is "1".

(2) When the first valve 5 1 closes (output “0”), the first
NOT circuit 23 1 signal output is “1”, 2nd signal output is “1”,
The output of the signal of the AND circuit 24 2 is set to “1” by the self-hold circuit, and further the output of the signal of the first temperature sensor 7 1
Since the output of the pipe temperature return signal 25 is "0", the output of the signal of the first AND circuit 241 is "0". Here, the timer 26 operates, and the concentrated waste liquid temporarily stored in the concentrated liquid storage tank 10 is transferred to the waste liquid concentration systems 3, 3, and 4.
It is transferred to the drum packing system via piping 2 3 and 2 4 . Note that the setting time of this timer 26 is the first
This is the time it takes for the temperature of the pipe 21 to return to the controlled temperature range, and the timer 26 is set by operating the first heater 61 in advance depending on the capacity and heat retention status of the first heater 61. While the timer 26 is operating, the output of the signal of the timer 26 is "0", so the output of the signal of the second NOT circuit 232 is "1", and the output of the signal of the second AND circuit is "1". continue. Therefore, the output of the signal from the fourth NOT circuit 234 becomes "0", and the output of the signal 28 from the first temperature sensor 71 becomes "1".
Even if it is, the signal output of the third AND circuit 243 becomes "0" and no alarm is issued. Note that the lamp 27 lights up when the output of the signal 28 from the temperature sensor 7 1 is either "1" or "0".

The output of circuit 232 becomes “0” and the second AND
The signal output from the circuit 242 becomes "0". As a result, the lamp 27 goes out and the fourth
The signal output of the NOT circuit 234 becomes "1".
Therefore, if the signal 28 from the first temperature sensor 71 is "temperature low" (output "1"), the third
The signal output of the AND circuit 243 becomes "1" and an alarm is issued.

On the other hand, the output of the signal 21 of the first valve 51 is “0”
Even if the timer 26 is in operation,
When the temperature recovery signal becomes "1", the output of the first AND circuit 24 1 becomes "1", the output of the third NOT circuit 23 3 becomes "0", and the output of the second AND circuit 24 2 becomes "0". The output of becomes "0". At this time, since the temperature has returned to normal, the signal 28 from the first temperature sensor 71 is "0", and the third AND circuit 243
The signal output remains “0” and no alarm is issued. In other words, the set time of the timer 26 is the maximum blocking time, but if the temperature returns within this time, the alarm block will be canceled. Here,
The maximum block time is the maximum allowable alarm block time, and a temperature return signal is used so that the alarm block can be canceled quickly.
