    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁体よりなる真空チヤンバー内に反応ガスを
    導入し、真空チヤンバーの外周に設けられた電極
    により高周波電界を加え、プラズマを発生させて
    アツシングする枚葉式プラズマアツシング装置に
    おける前記電極を真空チヤンバーをとりまくリン
    グ形状として上下に２ケ配設し、その一方を接地
    して高周波電圧を印加可能としたことを特徴とす
    る枚葉式プラズマアツシング装置用電極。
