Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) スイツチングレギユレータに用いられる過
    電流保護回路において、自動復帰型保護回路と、
    電流値が定格値を越えた値と、その時間とを検出
    してラツチ回路を動作させ、スイツチングレギユ
    ータの動作を停止させるように構成する保護回路
    とを備えたことを特徴とする過電流保護回路。 (2) 出力電圧の低下を検出して上記ラツチ回路
    を動作させる電圧検出回路をさらに備えたことを
    特徴とする請求項(1)記載の過電流保護回路。
