    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ヒートパイプを、その上端側の部分が路面直下
    にほぼ水平に位置し、かつ下端側の部分が下方に
    向けて延びるよう地中に埋設するとともに、路面
    上の水を前記ヒートパイプの下端側の部分の周囲
    に浸透させる透水部分を路面に形成したことを特
    徴とする地熱による路面の融雪構造。
