  1. 地下部には多数の通水孔を設けた鉄等の熱伝導
    性の高い材質から成る中空パイプであつて、その
    一部を地表上に出し、地上の気温または太陽熱に
    よる熱を地下の凍結層に伝えて、該凍結層のパイ
    プに接する部分を融解し、且つ前記通水孔によつ
    て地中の滞留水が凍結層の下に流出するように構
    成した太陽熱利用地中凍結層融解用パイプ。
