Claims (1)
- 圧電基板の表面に分割電極を形成し、その裏面
に共通電極を形成し、この圧電基板を表裏方向と
平行に分極させると共に両分割電極に対応して分
極方向を互いに逆方向とした圧電共振子において
、前記圧電基板の中央では両分割電極間を圧電基
板の長さ方向に分割し、圧電基板の両端部ではい
ずれか一方の分割電極により端部全面を覆つてい
ることを特徴とする圧電共振子。
