Claims (1)
- 入力電極および出力電極が主表面に形成され裏
面にアース電極が形成された長さ方向の伸振動の
倍調波を用いる圧電振動子と、該入力電極および
出力電極にそれぞれ接触する入力端子、出力端子
と、該圧電振動子が取付けられた合成樹脂基板と
を備えたセラミツクフイルタにおいて、該基板の
上面に、互いに平行な直線状の凹部を複数個形成
し、入力端子および出力端子を、該凹部と圧電振
動子との間に挟み込んだことを特徴とするセラミ
ツクフイルタ。
