  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 表裏面に複数の励振電極を形成することにより
    ２素子の圧電共振ユニツトが構成された第１の圧
    電基板と、 前記第１の圧電基板に重ねられており、表裏面
    に複数の励振電極を形成することにより１素子以
    上の圧電共振ユニツトが構成された第２の圧電基
    板と、 前記第１および第２の圧電基板を接着する接着
    剤層と、 前記圧電共振ユニツトの外部と電気的に接続さ
    れていることが予定されている励振電極に電気的
    に接続されており、または相互に電気的に接続さ
    れる励振電極間に接続されており、かつ前記第１
    および第２の圧電基板からなる積層体の少なくと
    も側面の一部で厚み方向に延びるように形成され
    た２以上の外部電極とを備えることを特徴とする
    、圧電部品。
