号中のバースト信号を抽出するバーストゲート回
路と、制御信号に応じてスイツチが切換わり、発
振周波数が固定型と可変型に切換えられる発振回
路と、該発振回路の発振出力信号と前記バースト
ゲート回路からのバースト信号との位相比較を行
ないその差に応じて前記発振回路を制御する第1
位相比較回路と、前記バーストゲート回路からの
バースト信号と前記発振回路の発振出力信号とを
位相比較する第2位相比較回路と、該第2位相比
較回路の出力信号を平滑する平滑回路とから成り

波数を制御する平滑回路とから成り、外部からの
制御信号に応じて前記スイツチを切換え、前記発
振回路を発振周波数固定型に切換えたことを特徴
