Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 記録用光ビームを収束光学系によつて所定
    面上に収束せしめて得られるビームスポツトの像
    を拡大光学系によつて拡大してＴＶカメラの撮像
    面に結像せしめ、このＴＶカメラの出力に基づい
    て前記ビームスポツトのスポツトサイズを測定す
    る測定装置であつて、前記拡大光学系の光路内に
    ビーム強度を減衰せしめる減衰手段を設けたこと
    を特徴とするビームスポツトのサイズ測定装置。 (2) 前記減衰手段の減衰率が可変であることを
    特徴とする請求項１記載のビームスポツトのサイ
    ズ測定装置。
