Claims (1)
- 断面が円弧形状である第１屈曲放電路が彫り込
まれた基盤と、前記第１屈曲放電路と組み合わさ
れることにより断面略円形状の屈曲放電路を完成
させる断面が円弧形状の第２屈曲放電路が設けら
れると共にこの第２屈曲放電路以外の前記基盤と
相対向する部分が前記基盤と気密封着される透光
性のカバー部材と、前記屈曲放電路の両端部内に
気密封止される一対の主電極と、前記屈曲放電路
内に充填される稀ガスとを備えて構成されるパネ
ル型閃光放電管。
