Claims (1)
- 透光性絶縁基板と、該透光性絶縁基板上に形成
された陽極と、該陽極に接続する給電配線と、該
給電配線に接続し外部へ導出する外部端子と、封
着部を形成するフリツトガラス層とを備えた陽極
基板を有する蛍光表示管において、前記給電配線
はアルミニウムと銀とのうちのいずれか一方で形
成され、前記外部端子はニツケルで形成され、か
つ、前記給電配線と前記外部端子とが前記封着部
にて接続された構造を有することを特徴とする蛍
光表示管。
