は発泡成形工程を示すタイムチヤートである。 １は加圧タンク、８は原料分配弁（発泡性原料
分配弁）、９は発泡成形用型、９ａは型窩、１０
はＶＳホース、１１は原料充填器、１２はエアー
充填弁、１３は原料受け槽、１５は本体、１５ａ
は第１の開口部、１５ｂは第２の開口部、１５ｃ
は第３の開口部、１６はボール部材、１６ａは流
路である。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 発泡性原料を収容する加圧タンクから上記の原
料を取り出してこれを原料充填器に分配する発泡
性原料分配弁において、 上記の加圧タンクに接続連通された第１の開口
部、上記の原料充填器に接続連通された第２の開
口部、およびブローバツク時の戻り原料を収容す
る原料受け槽に接続連通された第３の開口部を有
する本体と、この本体内で回動自在に配設されて
おり第１のポジシヨンでは上記第３の開口部を閉
鎖し且つ第１の開口部と第２の開口部とを連通さ
せる一方、第２のポジシヨンでは上記第１の開口
部を閉鎖し且つ第２の開口部と第３の開口部とを
連通させるボール部材とを備えていることを特徴
とする発泡性原料分配弁。
