Claims (1)
- 外周部にフランジを持つ中空回転体と、2つの
動圧軸受部を持つ固定軸と、中空回転体、固定軸
の上端部とケース上蓋に設けたマグネツトで構成
されるスラスト磁気軸受と、中空回転体を回転さ
せる回転手段を有する空気磁気軸受型光偏向器に
おいて、前記フランジを上下2つの前記動圧軸受
部の中央に位置するように前記中空回転体の外周
部に形成したことを特徴とする空気磁気軸受型光
偏向器。
