    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ラジアル動圧軸受部と、スラスト磁気軸受部を
    有し、モータの回転によりポリゴンミラーを回転
    させる空気磁気軸受型光偏向器において、上記モ
    ータとポリゴンミラーの間に非接触マグネツトジ
    ヨイントを設けることによつてモータの回転力伝
    達系を構成したことを特徴とする空気磁気軸受型
    光偏向器。
