図、第3図は複式スレーブダイヤフラム及びこれ
に組合せたステムを示す断面図、第4図は本考案
による往復ポンプのスレーブダイヤフラム室内の
ポンプ作動媒体の運動を示すための断面図、第5
図は作業室と複式スレーブダイヤフラム室とパイ
ロツト弁との間の流体連通を示すための組立て状
態の往復ポンプの概略的な断面図である。 符号の説明、10……往復ポンプ、20a,2

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ハウジング中に複式のポンプ室を備えた型
    式の、流体により作動される往復ポンプであつて
    、 前記ポンプ室に1つ宛別々に組合された、前記
    ハウジング中の1対の作業室と、 前記ポンプ室とそれに組合された作業室との間
    に各々位置された2つのピストンヘツド及びこれ
    らのピストンヘツドを互に連結する部分とを備え
    た往復ピストン要素と、 前記ハウジング中に配設されている、前記作業
    室に作動流体を満たす装置と、 前記ハウジング中に配設されている、前記作業
    室から作動流体を排除する装置と、 作動流体を満たすべき作業室を交互に選択する
    ための、前記作動流体を満たす装置と一体化され
    た交互選択装置と、 前記ハウジング中に位置され、どちらかの往復
    運動方向において前記ピストン要素が充分に移動
    した時に作動される、前記交互選択装置のための
    制御装置と を有して成る往復ポンプ。 (2) 前記作動流体を満たす装置が、供給配管に
    接続された1対の通路から成る実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第(1)項記載の往復ポンプ。 (3) 前記交互選択装置が複式ダイヤフラムを有
    し、各々の該ダイヤフラムは前記作業室のうち1
    つと流体連通され、各々のダイヤフラムには1つ
    のピストンステムが作動的に組合され、各々の該
    ピストンステムと一体的に前記1対の通路を互に
    無関係に閉ざす装置が設けられ、前記通路のうち
    1つのみがいかなる時点において閉ざされるよう
    にした実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の往
    復ポンプ。 (4) 前記制御装置が前記ダイヤフラムに作動媒
    体流を交互に向けるパイロツト弁であり、該パイ
    ロツト弁はどちらかの往復運動方向に前記ピスト
    ン要素が最も進んだ時に作動されるようにした実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第(3)項記載の往復ポンプ
    。 (5) 各々のポンプ室と共に作動し得る2個の逆
    止弁があり、これらのうち一方の逆止弁は前記ポ
    ンプ室への一方向流入を許容するように作動可能
    とし、他方の逆止弁は前記ポンプ室からの一方向
    流出を許容するように作動可能とした実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の往復ポンプ。 (6) 前記ポンプ室への流入を許容するように作
    動可能な、前記逆止弁の間に流体を連通させる第
    1連通装置と、前記ポンプ室からの流出を許容す
    るように作動可能な、前記逆止弁の間に流体を連
    通させる第2連通装置とを更に有する実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第(5)項記載の往復ポンプ。 (7) 第1連通装置と一体の入口ノズル及び第2
    連通装置と一体の出口ノズルを更に有する実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第(6)項記載の往復ポンプ。 (8) 各々のポンプ室とこれに組合された作動室
    との間にダイヤフラムが配設され、各々の該ダイ
    ヤフラムは前記ピストンヘツドのうち1つ及び前
    記ハウジングに当接し、前記ダイヤフラムは前記
    作業室を前記ポンプ室からシールするようにした
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第(4)項又は第(7)項記載
    の往復ポンプ。
