Claims (1)
- シリンダ内に収容したピストンに弁体を取り付
け、このピストンを作動流体圧によつて駆動する
ことで、被制御流体が流れるバルブ内の流路を上
記弁体により開閉制御するとともに、弁体駆動部
側と上記流路とを可撓性可動壁で分離した開閉バ
ルブにおいて、上記弁体駆動部側と上記流路とを
二重の可撓性可動壁で分離したことを特徴とする
開閉バルブ。
