When bundling them together, they use baingu, an organic composition containing starch, oil, etc. Since this binder impairs the adhesion between the glass cloth and the resin varnish, in the past, as shown in Fig. The binder was burnt off by passing it through the electric furnace 7 which was externally heated to ~450°C, but with this method, the binder could not be removed reliably. For this purpose, as shown in Figure tj45, the lath cloth 1 wound into a roll was placed in the electric furnace 7 and heated for approximately 300 minutes.
The binder is burnt off at ~450°C for 24-72 hours. This method consumes a huge amount of energy and has extremely low productivity. Therefore, the present inventor has already developed a method of subjecting glass cloth to plasma treatment after impregnating it with resin varnish.
According to this method, the binder of Plus Cloth is instantly destroyed by plasma! ′:! However, there was a problem with the treatment of H2O, IIF, and C02, which decompose and volatilize in large amounts during plasma treatment.

である。The method for manufacturing a laminate of the present invention involves impregnating a plus cloth 1 with a fat varnish and drying it to form a prepreg, and forming a plurality of prepregs by laminating them. The present invention is characterized in that the plus cloth 1 is subjected to plasma treatment to remove a part of the binder, and then the plus cloth 1 is heated in an electric furnace 7 to burn off the remaining binder. The above object has been achieved. In other words, a part of the binder is instantly destroyed and removed by plasma treatment, and the remaining part of the pine goo is burned away in the electric furnace 7, so the binder can be completely removed, and the binder can be completely removed. Since the treatment in the furnace 7 is also used, it is possible to reduce the amount of components that are decomposed and volatilized by the plastic treatment. It is manufactured by using a binder, which is an organic composition containing , oil, etc., and binding it on a bundle, spinning and weaving it.Lascross 1 is wound into a roll, It passes through the processing chamber 2 while being rewound. The processing chamber 2 is filled with a mixed gas of CF and 02, and high frequency power is applied under reduced pressure to generate plasma, which is in a highly excited state. 7 The C=C bond of the binder is instantly destroyed by Leelanocal, and a part of the binder is removed. The volume ratio of CF and 0□ in the mixed gas is 1/15 to 2/3, and the high frequency power is 500 -~10K-, and the processing time is CF
, and the volume ratio of 0 □ and the KG frequency power, but it is usually 2 to 60 minutes. 120, HF, and Co2, which are decomposed and volatilized by this plasma treatment, can be removed by high-pressure water washing. After that, as shown in FIG. 1, the plus cloth 1 is passed through a horizontal electric furnace 7 whose temperature is continuously raised to about 300 to 450 degrees Celsius to burn off the remaining binder, or it is wound into a roll and made into a PIS 2. As shown in the figure, the remaining part of the pine goo may be burnt off by placing it in an electric furnace 7 at about 300 to 450° C. for 12 to 36 hours. Plus cloth 1 from which pine goo was removed in this way
is subjected to surface treatment. The surface treatment is performed using, for example, a silane coupling agent. Examples of the coupling agent include γ-ami7propyltriethoxysilane, N-(β
-7minosilanes such as -7minoethyl)-γ-amino/propyltrimethoxysilane, N-(β-7minoethyl)-1-amino/propylmethylnomethoxysilane, γ-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxy Epoxysilanes such as silane, γ-7 tacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, other thionic silanes, and phenylsilanes can be used. This surface treatment can be carried out by dipping it in the coupling agent 3, or by applying the coupling agent 3 with a spray 5 while conveying it on a conveyor 4 as shown in Figure Pt53, and then drying it with a drying step 8!6. This glass cloth 1 is immersed in a resin varnish bath and the resin?
Prepreg is formed by soaking and drying. A plurality of prepregs formed in this way are stacked and metal foil is layered on one or both sides of the prepregs, and these sets are arranged in multiple sets on a hot platen, and they are integrated by heating and pressure forming to form a laminate. is manufactured. A printed wiring board is manufactured from this laminate by a conventional method. For example, if it is a subtractive method, drilling, activation treatment, electroless copper plating, screen printing, electrolytic copper plating, electrolytic solder plating (etching resist), plating resist peeling, etching, fusing, etching resist) printing,! - A printed wiring board is manufactured through these steps. Effect of the invention 1 In the present invention, in the method for producing a laminate in which a glass cloth is impregnated with a resin varnish and then dried to form a prepreg, and a plurality of prepregs are laminated and molded, the resin varnish is impregnated. Before drying, the glass cloth is subjected to plasma treatment to remove part of the pine goo, and then the glass cloth is heated in an electric furnace to burn off the remaining pine goo, so the plasma instantly destroys the pine goo on the glass cloth. This method improves productivity and does not impair the adhesion between the glass cloth and the Ul 1m in the laminated board. Moreover, plasma treatment instantly destroys a part of the pine goo, and the pine goo is removed in an electric furnace. Since the remaining portion is burned away, the number of components that are decomposed and volatilized by plasma treatment can be reduced, and post-treatment can be simplified.
