示す断面図である。 １は基台、２は軸受、３は回転軸、４は回転円
板、６は受光体、６ｂは受光素子チツプウエハ、
６ｃは受光出力増巾回路、８は回路基板、８ａは
案内孔、９は発光体である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基台１に配設された軸受２に回転自在に設けら
    れた回転軸３と、前記回転軸３に固定され複数の
    回転スリツトを有する回転円板４と、前記基台１
    に設けられ前記回転軸３を貫通させるための案内
    孔８ａを有する回路基板８と、前記回路基板８に
    設けられた受光体６と、前記受光体６を構成する
    受光素子チツプウエハ６ｂ及び受光出力増巾回路
    ６ｃと、前記回転円板４の回転スリツトを介して
    前記受光体６に入光する光を発光するための発光
    体９とを備え、前記受光出力増巾回路６ｃは、前
    記受光素子チツプウエハ６ｂ内に一体に内蔵され
    ているようにしたことを特徴とするエンコーダ。
