Claims (1)
- 圧力容器５内に設置された処理物載置台８の周
囲に配設されるヒータ９の支持筒１０であつて、
前記処理物載置台８上面８Ａから下方に位置する
支持筒１０の下部に、温度勾配の増大に伴なう熱
応力によつて支持筒１０が変形するのを防止する
手段１６，１０Ａ，１０Ｃが設けられていること
を特徴とする熱間静水圧加圧成形装置のヒータ支
持筒。
