Claims (1)
- 圧力釜に入れた水の上部に試験品を載置する試
料台を配置し、圧力釜底部に設けたヒータで釜内
の水を加熱して蒸発させ、その水蒸気圧により湿
気を試験品に浸透させるようにした半導体試験装
置において、前記試験品の直上を覆い、かつ試験
品との距離が変えられるように支持された第１の
内傘と、この第１の内傘を覆うように第１の内傘
上に配置された第２の内傘とを備えていることを
特徴とする半導体試験装置。
