Claims (1)
- 温度設定値と温度検出器の検出信号を比較して
その偏差に応じた制御信号を出力する温度制御手
段と、この温度制御手段の制御信号によりヒータ
ーの電源のオン・オフ指令を出力する出力回路を
備えたものにおいて、前記ヒーターの通電状態を
検出する通電検出手段と、前記オン・オフ指令と
前記通電検出手段の検出信号が不一致のとき異常
と判定するヒーター回路異常検出手段と、前記制
御信号が所定値を越えたとき異常と判定するセン
サ異常検出手段を設けたヒーター温度制御装置。
