第１及び第２の受光器による受光検出信号を入力
すると停止信号の出力を解除し、かつ該検出信号
入力時に第１の受光器による検出信号が第２の検
出信号よりも先に入力されると表示数をゼロクリ
アするクリア信号を前記表示部に出力する制御部
