Claims (1)
- 流路１０の途中に形成した弁室１１内に弁座１
２を設けた弁箱１と、弁室１１内に昇降可能に設
けられ、弁座１２に当離座する弁体２と、弁箱１
と弁体２との間に介装され、弁体２を弁座１２に
当座すべく附勢するスプリング３と、弁箱１内に
配設され、通電により弁体２側へ微少量伸長して
弁体２をスプリング３の附勢力に抗して開弁する
方向へ微動させる圧電アクチユエータ４と、弁箱
１に配設され、圧電アクチユエータ４に当接して
これを弁体２側へ押し込むスピンドル１９及びそ
の押し込み力を常時一定にする押圧力規制機構２
２を備えたマイクロメータ５とから構成したこと
を特徴とする制御器。
