Claims (1)
- 一次側圧力室と二次側圧力室とを連通する弁座
が、二次側圧力室の圧力変動に応じて変位するダ
イアフラムに連動する弁棒の弁体によつて開閉制
御せしめられ、且つダイアフラム及び弁棒を保持
するダイアフラム受け部に二次側圧力室の圧力設
定のための圧力設定ばねが着座している圧力調整
弁において、前記ダイアフラム受け部が、弁棒を
保持する第一ダイアフラム受け部と、該第一ダイ
アフラム受け部と分離していて圧力設定ばねが着
座した第二ダイアフラム受け部とから成ると共に
、該第二ダイアフラム受け部の移動を制限するス
トツパーが設けられていることを特徴とする圧力
調整弁。
