Claims (1)
の一側面から突出して設けた温度検出部と、この
温度検出部を内装した電気ヒータとを含む温度調
節器付き電気ヒータにおいて、上記温度検出部は
一方を閉塞して形成した高熱膨張金属材の感熱筒
と、この感熱筒の閉塞部に一端を固定し、他端を
上記感熱筒の開口側に設けた可動バネに接続した
低熱膨張の金属ロツドとを有し、上記電気ヒータ
は一方を閉塞した保護金属管内の発熱線及びこの
発熱線に接続したターミナルとを有し、上記発熱
線及び上記ターミナルは上記感熱筒と、上記保護
金属管との間に、電気絶縁物を介して固定し、中
記保護金属管から突出した上記ターミナルを上記
ハウジング内に設け、上記ハウジングと上記電気
ヒータとを一体に取り付けたことを特徴とする温
度調節器付き電気ヒータ。 (2) 上記電気ヒータは高膨張金属材の感熱筒を
挿入して所定位置に設ける金属材の受熱管を有し
、該受熱管と上記保護金属管との間に電気絶縁物
を介して発熱線を固定したことを特徴とする温度
