    検査するデイスク検査装置のデイスククランプ構
    造において、 上記回転スピンドル部に設けられた弾性体にエ
    ア圧を与えてこの弾性体を拡開することにより上
    記デイスクをクランプすることを特徴とするデイ
    スク検査装置のデイスククランプ構造。
