Claims (1)
- 外部導体、この外部導体内にほぼ同軸状に設け
たＴＥ０１δモード誘電体共振素子、共振周波数
の微調整素子、入出力結合素子及び入出力結合端
子を備えて成る共振器において、温度変化に因る
変形時に遊端が前記ＴＥ０１δモード誘電体共振
素子の軸方向に変位するバイメタルを前記ＴＥ０
１δモード誘電体共振素子の端面と前記外部導体
の端壁との間に設けたことを特徴とする誘電体共
振器。
