Claims (1)
- 両端部に作動流体の出入口を有するシリンダと
、このシリンダ内に往復動可能に設けられたピス
トンと、このピストンおよびこれに連接するピス
トンロツドに形成された中空部と、この中空部に
設けられたボールねじ用ナツトと、このボールね
じ用ナツトにねじ付けられて前記中空部に軸方向
に挿入されかつ一端が前記シリンダに回転可能に
取付けられたボールねじ用ボルトと、このボール
ねじ用ボルトの回転角度を検出する検出装置とを
有することを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。
