Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. タンク内に貯留された処理液を所定の使用温度
    に加熱する複数の熱交換チユーブと、当該各熱交
    換チユーブの表面に付着した異物を除去するスク
    レーパーとを具備した前処理装置の処理液槽にお
    いて、前記タンクが縦長に形成され、その上面開
    口部から縦長に形成された熱交換チユーブが垂直
    に挿入されて互いに平行に立設されると共に、前
    記スクレーパーを上下動させるネジシヤフトがタ
    ンクの中央に前記各熱交換チユーブと平行に挿入
    配設されていることを特徴とする前処理装置の処
    理液槽。
