In addition to increasing the adhesive area between the peripheral surface and the peripheral wall of the bottom plate, even when using a highly viscous adhesive, the adhesive sufficiently penetrates into the adhesive gap to improve the sealing performance of the adhesive part. Moreover, it is possible to prevent damage to the seal portion due to deformation of the constituent wall surface when internal pressure changes or impact loads are applied.

A lid body equipped with a valve device is attached to the part.

As shown in Figures 7 and 8, a cylindrical body (1) with a narrow opening at the lower end is manufactured, and a separately formed bottom plate (2) is attached to the open lower end part (11) by gluing and caulking. A pressure vessel of the type that is attached with a stopper has been proposed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 49-125917.

(11), and then the lower end of the body is bent inward and the adhesive part is caulked, so although the pressure resistance is sufficient, the sealing performance and the strength of the sealing part are low. Not enough.

As a result, the adhesive (3) is shaved from the inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical body (1) and gathers at the inner t4 edge of the skirt portion (21), and at the time of completion of the press-fitting, the adhesive (3) gathers at the inner t4 edge of the skirt (21). This is because it forms a convex block at the center of its cross section, and this block continues throughout the entire circumference of the bottom plate (2).

In this state, when the internal pressure of the cylindrical body (1) changes or an impact load is applied and the end plate part of the bottom plate (2) or the lower end open part (11) deforms, the adhesive (3) and the contacting wall surface The adhesive is likely to peel off, resulting in insufficient durability of the sealed portion.

and the lower end open part (11) are adhered to each other with an adhesive (3), and the lower end open part (11) is bent inward and the bottom plate (2) is caulked, and the adhesive (3) is 1. In a method for manufacturing a pressure vessel using an adhesive having a high viscosity at room temperature, the sealing performance of the sealing part by the adhesive (3) is improved, and the sealing performance is improved by deforming the wall surface of the container in this sealing part. In order to prevent deterioration and damage to the sealing part, the adhesive that collects on the inner edge of the skirt part (21) should not form a convex lump in the center of the cross section, and should be The technical problem is to ensure that adhesive is sufficiently present in the fitting portion with the bottom plate (2).

1) to fit the bottom plate (2) so that there is a slight gap between at least the upper part of the snow skirt part (21) and the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body (1), and this fitting part. Temporarily heating the adhesive (3) to a viscosity reduction temperature, the adhesive is heated to the cylindrical body (3) by temporarily heating the fitting portion.

In the state in which the bottom plate (2) is fitted from 1), the adhesive (3) will gather at the upper end of the skirt portion (21). In particular, since the adhesive (3) has a high viscosity, a sufficient amount of the adhesive (3) is not present at the fitting part between the skirt part (21) and the cylindrical body (1). ) enters into the gap of the fitting portion. That is, the gap is filled with the adhesive (3) having a low viscosity. Furthermore, due to this intrusion, the cross section of the adhesive that had gathered at the upper end of the skirt portion (21) when the bottom plate (2) was inserted becomes concave at the center. In other words, the cross section of the adhesive (3) gathering portion becomes thinner, and the end plate portion on the inner peripheral side of the skirt portion (21) of the bottom plate (2) and the body wall surface of the cylindrical body (1) are deformed. When doing so, the cross section of the adhesive (3) gathering portion becomes easily deformed. Since the heating time in this step is very short, the viscosity of the adhesive (3) returns to normal after heating is stopped, and the adhesive (3) is attached to the bottom plate (2) and the cylindrical body (1). The fitting part is maintained filled.

。A bottom plate (2) having a skirt portion (21) is fitted into the lower end open portion (11) of the cylindrical body (1) formed with the bottom open, thereby forming the skirt portion (21) and the lower end open portion (11). are adhered to each other with an adhesive (3), and the bottom plate (2) is caulked by bending the lower end open part (11) inward, and as the adhesive (3), a type having a high viscosity at room temperature is used. In the method for manufacturing a pressure vessel employing an adhesive, there are a step of applying an adhesive (3) to the entire circumference near the open lower end portion (11) of the cylindrical body (1), and
) to fit the bottom plate (2) so that there is a slight gap between at least the upper half of the skirt portion (21) and the inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical body (1); Temporarily heating the adhesive (3) to a viscosity reduction temperature, the adhesive is heated to the cylindrical body (3) by temporarily heating the fitting portion.
1) and the skirt part (21) of the bottom plate (2), and then bend the lower end open part (11) of the cylindrical body (1) inward to open the bottom plate (2). Skirt part (
21) A method for manufacturing a pressure vessel which is caulked.
