Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent tilting or movement of a refrigerator, eliminate a dead space between the back plate of the refrigerator and the wall of a room and miniaturize the packing size of the same, by a method wherein the refrigerator is provided with a caster body, supported rotatably by a supporting pin at the lower surface of a base plate, positioned so as to be projected out of the back surface of the refrigerator upon rotating, provided with a floor surface setting bolt at the tip end of the projected part and provided with a roller at the vicinity of the supporting pin. CONSTITUTION:A caster body 15 is turned about a supporting pin 16 until the end face of a frame 17 is abutted against a caster body supporting unit 14c, the handle 18b of a floor surface setting bolt 18 is turned to set a refrigerator to a floor surface, and the caster body 15 is turned to rotate a roller 13 and stop the backward movement of the refrigerator.
