Claims (1)
- 板ばねを介して光軸方向に移動自在にハウジン
グに支持されて対物レンズを収納保持するレンズ
保持枠とコイルボビンとを含む可動体を設け、前
記ハウジングに固定された永久磁石と外ヨークと
内ヨークとにより形成される磁気回路中にて前記
コイルボビンに巻回されたコイルへの通電制御に
より発生する電磁駆動力により前記可動体を光軸
方向に可動させるムービングコイル型の対物レン
ズ駆動装置において、前記可動体の光軸方向に離
間した個所を半径方向に延設されて前記ハウジン
グにより支持する端部がナイフエツジ形状の複数
枚の剛性板を設けたことを特徴とする対物レンズ
駆動装置。
