Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a sealer to be applied to a wall unit wherever it may be while promptly discharging rainwater by forming soft plastic into a long-size sheet state while one or more protrusive streaks in at least one side. CONSTITUTION:Soft plastic is formed into a long-size sheet state. Further one or more protrusive streaks 3 are formed in at least one side. In this way, an air gap between a dry wall material and a waterproof sealer 1, generated by the protrusive streaks 3, is utilized for a discharge, and rainwater can be promptly discharged.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a waterproof paving material that is useful when forming external walls using drywall materials when building or renovating buildings or structures. More specifically, the present invention relates to a waterproof paving material used for projecting corners, large corners, parts of joiners, etc.

Conventionally, when forming the external wall of a building using drywall materials during new construction or renovation, asphalt felt, etc. was installed on the entire surface, and drywall material was placed on top of this. Alternatively, during renovations, drywall materials were placed directly on the existing exterior walls. In addition, the inside corners, outside corners, part of the joiner, etc. are formed by planting caulking or sealing material on the surface of the drywall material, or by using accessories of various shapes.

However, asphalt felt and the like have a smooth surface, and when rainwater penetrates, it spreads to the back side of the drywall material and has the disadvantage that the drywall material is corroded from the back side. Additionally, the caulking material has the disadvantage that it cannot maintain its waterproof properties unless the caulking material is replanted again after about 5 years due to deterioration due to ultraviolet rays and other factors.

In addition, there are members into which the ends of drywall materials are inserted as accessories such as protruding corner materials and large corners, and there are also materials in which the fixed parts of these materials are used as paving boards, but when drywall materials are inserted, In this case, it is difficult to insert the end portion to the deepest point, which creates a gap, which has the disadvantage of reducing waterproofness.

In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention is made by forming a soft plastic into a long sheet and making it a waterproof paving material with one or more ridges formed on at least one side. The gap between the drywall material and the waterproof paving material created by the method can be used for drainage, and moisture can be quickly drained, and it can also be used for any of the protruding corners, large corners, parts of joiners, etc. We propose a waterproof paving material.

EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Below, the waterproof paving material based on this invention is demonstrated in detail using drawings. Figure 1 shows a typical example of the above waterproof bedding material.
This is an example, where 2 is the main body and 3 is the protrusion. The main body 2 is made of a soft plastic made of at least one of cellophane, acetate, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride, polystyrene, polycarbonate, polyvinyl alcohol, polyamide, etc., and is at least waterproof and waterproof. It has properties and is formed into a sheet by spreading, extrusion, injection molding, etc. That is, since the main body 2 is made of soft plastic, it can be deformed into any shape and used at arbitrary positions on the waterproof flooring material, such as at the protruding corner, the inner corner, and a part of the joiner. One or more protrusions 3 are formed on at least one side of the main body 2 along the longitudinal direction of the main body 2. For example, as shown in FIG. This is to form a gap B between A and the main body 2, and also to return rain. To explain further, protrusion 3
is formed along the longitudinal direction of the main body 2, so the void B
are continuous, and even if rainwater comes out and enters from the large corner or a part of the joiner, the gap B acts as a drainage channel and can quickly drain the rainwater. In addition, protrusion 3
is made of the same material as the main body 2 or a different material, and it is also possible to use particularly hard plastic;
It is preferable that the molding is performed simultaneously with the molding.

Here, an example of use on the waterproof bedding material according to the present invention will be briefly explained using FIG. 2. Figure 2 shows an example of a protruding corner. α is the protruding corner base. When newly built, a waterproof sheet such as asphalt felt is stretched over the surface of a prism, and when renovated, it is a protrusion of an existing external wall. This includes the corner itself, or a rim or waterproof sheet attached to the existing exterior wall.

For this protruding corner base α, the waterproof paving material is folded in two along the longitudinal direction, each of which is brought into contact with two surfaces of the protruding corner base α, and fixed with a fixing tool such as a nail or a cutter. Next, after disposing the drywall material A on the waterproof paving material, the protruding corner material β is disposed to complete the protruding corner portion. In this case, the gap B formed by the protrusions 3 between the drywall material A and the main body 2 is continuous in the vertical direction at the protruding corner, so even if rainwater enters, it is quickly drained downward. become something that can be done. In addition, as drywall material A, metal siding material,
It is a ceramic siding material, etc., and it does not matter whether it is vertical or horizontal. In addition, on waterproof pavers, it can be used not only in the protruding corners, but also in any areas where rainwater may enter, such as large corners, part of the joiner, and the sides of windows, to prevent rainwater from entering. It is possible to guide the water to the drainage position and drain the water.

What has been described above is only one embodiment of the waterproof bedding material according to the present invention, and it can also be formed as shown in Fig. 3 Ta) to (fl. (Fig. b1 is a waterproof bedding material in which the main body 2 and the protruding ridges 3 are made of different materials, (C) to +61 are on the waterproof bedding material in which the protruding ridges 3 are of different sizes, fin-like, and triangular shapes. Figure (f) shows a waterproof padding material formed arbitrarily, with a depression 4 approximately in the center of the main body 2, and a waterproof number used as a bending guide when it is folded in two, such as at the protrusion or large corner. In addition, although not shown, when the main body 2 is marked with scales in the longitudinal direction and the waterproof bedding material is commercialized as a roll, it can be cut to a length according to the installation location and used. It is also possible to use this as a guideline.

As described above, the waterproof paving material according to the present invention has the feature that it can be used at any position on a wall where rainwater is likely to enter, and that the rainwater that has entered can be quickly drained. In addition, since plastic is used as the material, the protrusions stick closely to the drywall material, which prevents rainwater from spreading outside the waterproof lining material. On top of that,
Since it is made of soft plastic, it can be rolled up and carried around. It has the following effects and characteristics.
