It is determined by the dimensional constraints of transportation when transporting to the installation site, etc.In recent years, as transformers have become larger capacity and higher voltage, the transportation conditions to the installation site have become stricter. As a result, making transformers more compact has become a more important issue than ever before. One solution to this problem is to use a tank whose side wall is made up of a partially cylindrical shell for the purpose of reducing weight and size. has been done.

On the other hand, in the past, the high-voltage lead wire from the main body of the product was passed through the tank cover via an oil-air bushing and pulled out vertically or at an angle, but recently more effective layouts have been developed for gas insulated equipment. Reservoir-gas lashings are increasingly used to horizontally penetrate the tank side wall and connect directly to the gas busbar. By arranging the shipping horizontally close to the transformer installation surface, the configuration of the gas bus box directly connected thereto can be simplified, and a transformer that is superior in terms of maintenance and inspection can be obtained.

A tank 3 that houses the contents of a transformer consisting of an iron core 1 and a coil 2 wound around the iron core 1 has a side wall 3a formed of a partially cylindrical shell, and reinforcement beams spaced apart from each other on the outside of this side wall 3a. 4 is attached, a part of the cylindrical shell side wall 3a is opened, a bushing pocket mounting joint 5 is welded to the side wall 3a, and a bushing pocket 6 is bolted to this. Lead IIi from inside the transformer! 7 is attached with an oil-gas bushing 8, led out from the bushing pocket 6 to the outside of the tank, and connected to a gas mother @9.

Furthermore, there is little margin for selecting the insulating design of the inside, resulting in a high-cost transformer.

Since the insulation distance is eliminated, a sufficient insulation distance and insulation margin can be obtained.

The reinforcing beam 4 is attached. A reinforcing beam 4 is attached at a distance to the outside of the tank side wall 3a. And the bushing pocket 6'f of the tank side wall 3a
c The mounting side is formed into a flat plate shape, and openings 10 are formed between the reinforcing beams 4 of this flat side wall. Then, the bushing pocket 6 is directly attached to the reinforcing beam 4 in this opening by bolting in an oil-tight manner. A lead wire 7 from the inside of the transformer is led out of the tank from the push/pull I-ket 6 via an oil-gas bushing 8 and connected to a gas busbar 9. The pushing pocket 6 is removed during transportation, and a blind cover is attached to the opening 10 for transportation.

少小形化し。With the transformer tank constructed in this manner, the portion that is separated from the tank body during transportation, that is, the mounting of the bushing pocket 6, does not protrude at the portion, and the size of transportation can be reduced. Furthermore, since the front side wall of the coil 2 is eliminated, the insulation distance between the coil 2 and the tank wall is determined by the position of the reinforcing beam 4 (AF). In addition, by attaching the electric field mitigation shield 11 to the base of the electric field mitigation shield 11, a sufficiently necessary insulation distance can be secured, and it becomes easy to secure the insulation distance. For the bushing attachment 9 of a tank whose side wall is made of a partially cylindrical shell, the side wall is formed into a flat plate, and the side wall between the reinforcing beams attached to the flat side wall is opened, and the side wall is opened in the side wall between the reinforcement beams attached to the flat side wall. Since the bushing pocket was attached to the reinforcing beam in an oil-tight manner, it was made much smaller.
