【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は構成を簡単とし、使い方を容易とし、
操作を軽快とすること等を目的として工夫を施し
たバインダー等綴込用具に於ける綴込装置の改良
に関するものであつて、上面の長手方向の中央に
凹溝を設けこの凹溝に摺動操作杆を同凹溝に沿つ
て外方へ引き出しおよび押し戻し可能に嵌着した
基盤と、この基盤に於ける一方側縁部の上面にヒ
ンジ部を介して外方にほぼ直角に倒伏するように
枢着し且つ当該枢着部に起立状態に戻すバネを掛
装した起伏作動体と、この起伏作動体に設けた同
起伏作動体の起立状態時には先端が上記の基盤に
於ける他方側縁部の上面に着地して閉じ状態を同
じく倒伏状態時には当該着地が離れて開き状態を
呈するU字状綴杆と、起伏作動体の内側面および
摺動操作杆の上面に於ける相互に対応する個所に
夫々設けたくさび形凸部とより構成され、これ等
くさび形凹部、くさび形凸部は摺動操作杆の引き
出し時には両部の傾斜面の滑動によつて起伏作動
体の下面をくさび形凸部の横腹に圧接した状態に
案内することにより同起伏作動体を外方にほぼ直
角に倒伏して綴杆を閑き状態とし、また摺動操作
杆を押し戻した時にはバネによる戻り力と上記の
滑動による案内の戻りにより起伏作動体が起立状
態に戻つて綴杆を閉じ状態とするようにしたこと
を要旨とするものである。

備すると共に基盤1の他方側縁部13の上面に起
伏作動体8が起立状態の時に上記の綴杆11の先
端が浅く嵌入する嵌合凹部14を穿設し、更に起
伏作動体8の内側面および摺動操作杆3の上面に
於ける相互に対応する個所にくさび形凹部15お
よびくさび形凸部16を設け、これ等くさび形凹
部15、くさび形16は手指掛け部6に手指を掛
けて摺動操作杆3を所定の寸法だけ引き出した時
には傾斜面15′,16′の滑動によつて起伏作動
体8の下面8′をくさび形凸部16の横腹に圧接
した状態に案内することにより同起伏作動体8を
外方にほぼ直角に倒伏して綴杆11の先端を横向
きの開き状態とし、また摺動操作杆3を押し戻し
た時にはバネ12による戻り力と上記の滑動によ
る案内の戻りにより起伏作動体8が起立状態に戻
つて綴杆11の先端を嵌合凹部14に嵌入した閉
じ状態とするようにすることよつて綴込装置イを
構成し、この綴込装置イを表紙ロにリベツト止め
さてバインダーとしたものづある。
