That is, a partition wall 31a is provided so as to divide the inside of the liquid outflow pipe 31 into two, and a housing part 34 that houses the liquid sensing element 32 and is provided with a conical surface 33 is integrally formed in the right half of the liquid outflow pipe 31. After that, liquid enters into the liquid level sensing part 35 through the gap between the outer periphery of the liquid level sensing part 35 and the inner periphery of the liquid outflow pipe 31, causing the liquid level sensing part 35 to malfunction. To prevent this, waterproof adhesive 36 is applied around the entire circumference of the liquid level sensing part 35.
I was trying to do that. In addition, 37 is a liquid inflow hole,
38 is an air exhaust hole, 39 is a connection cord for the liquid sensing element 32, and this connection cord 39 and the liquid level sensing part 3 are connected to each other.
5 is waterproofed with adhesive 40.

In this case, it becomes impossible to take out the liquid level sensing portion 35 and repair it, and as a result, the entire electric pump must be discarded as a defective product, which is very uneconomical. Furthermore, the necessity of waterproofing in the assembly process is unreasonable in terms of mass production.

In these Figures 2a and 2b, 7 is a pipe connecting the liquid outflow pipe 6 and the discharge pipe 5, and 8 is a liquid level sensing section. The liquid level sensing section 8 includes a storage section 11 that stores a liquid sensing element 9 made of a photocoupler or the like and has a conical surface 10 at its lower end, and a liquid sensing chamber 12 provided below the conical surface 10. , a liquid inlet hole 13 provided below the liquid sensing chamber 12, and an air outlet 14 provided on the side of the liquid sensing chamber 12 and communicating with the hole 6a provided in the side wall of the liquid outflow pipe 6. It is constituted by a rectangular cylindrical air outlet portion 15 formed. Reference numeral 16 denotes a connection cord for the liquid sensing element 9, and the connection cord 16 and the liquid level sensing section 8 are waterproofed with an adhesive 17. Reference numeral 18 denotes a guide provided protruding from the inner wall of the liquid outflow pipe 6, and the guide 18 has a U-shaped cross section with a ceiling portion. 19 is a fixing boss formed protruding from the inner wall of the liquid outflow pipe 6 so as to correspond to the guide 18; 20 is a fixing boss integrally formed on the lower end side wall of the liquid level sensing portion 8 so as to protrude outward; A screw through hole 21 is provided in this fixing part 20. When the liquid level sensing section 8 is installed inside the liquid outflow pipe 6, the liquid level sensing section 8
is inserted from the lower end opening of the liquid outflow pipe 6. In this case, the air outlet part 15 of the liquid level sensing part 8 is inserted into the guide 18 of the liquid outflow pipe 6, and the fixing part 20 of the liquid level sensing part 8 is applied to the lower surface of the fixing boss 19 of the liquid outflow pipe 6. , it is detachably attached by screwing one screw 22 into the fixing boss 19 through the screw through hole 21.

When the switch 23 shown in FIG. 1 is turned on, a motor (not shown) in the electric pump main body 4 rotates, and liquid is pumped up by the action of pump vanes (not shown). The pumped liquid passes through the pumping pipe 3 and the discharge pipe 5, reaches the liquid outflow pipe 6, flows out from the outer periphery of the liquid level sensing section 8, and is supplied to a container (not shown). Due to this supply, when the liquid level in the container reaches the liquid level sensing part 8, the liquid is transferred to the liquid level sensing part 8.
enters the liquid sensing chamber 12 through the liquid inlet hole 13,
When it reaches the conical surface 10, the light from the liquid sensing element 9 is transmitted through the conical surface 10 into the liquid, so that the light receiving side cannot receive the light, and as a result, the electric control circuit section 2 is activated. Then, the power supply to the motor in the electric pump main body 4 is stopped. This stops the pumping of the liquid, that is, the liquid supply. Also, at this time, the air in the liquid sensing chamber 12 is discharged to the outside from the hole 6a of the liquid outflow pipe 6 via the air outlet 14 of the air outlet 15, so that the liquid that has entered through the liquid inflow hole 13 is reliably removed. A conical surface 10 is reached.

In addition, since the conventional bonding process is not required, it is possible to provide a product that is extremely rational in terms of mass production.
