The box body is restrained from the top and bottom and around the periphery with plywood or other holding means C, and the foam core material f is injected using a nozzle e inserted inward through an opening d received at a predetermined location of the frame material a. A batch manufacturing method in which panels are produced one by one by foaming, or as shown in FIG. Q
are brought close to each other from above and below, and a foamable core material f is injected and foamed between the two from a nozzle e, and the elongated laminate in which the core material f has solidified is cut with a saw 1 at a predetermined position to form a panel j.
A continuous foaming method for obtaining the following is known.

Since it is necessary to separately set B, frame material a, etc., there is a problem that a large number of man-hours are required and there is also a limit to automation. In addition, although productivity can be improved in the latter method, that is, the continuous foaming method, since the cut portion of panel j is left uncut, there is a risk that not only the dimensional accuracy will be uneven, but also damage may occur during transportation. For example, when a metal surface plate is used, there is an inconvenience in that a burr occurs on the cut surface, and a step to remove the burr is required. In addition, when constructing a structure, it also causes a decrease in fitting accuracy. Furthermore, in the latter manufacturing method, since it is difficult to assemble the frame material on the four sides of the surface plate during the manufacturing process, there is also the problem that a separate step of assembling the frame material is required.

特徴とするものである。[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the continuous manufacturing method of sandwich panels according to the present invention comprises connecting a plurality of face plates having right-angled bent edges on four sides to each other in the same plane. A group of face plates are arranged in a pair, upper and lower, and are continuously and synchronously supplied so that they face each other with their flat parts facing outward, and at this time, connecting parts are formed at the bent edges of the lower adjacent face plates. engaging one of the opposing connecting frame members having the upper surface plate group to feed the surface plate group on the line, and gradually bringing the upper surface plate group closer to each other so as to correspond to each surface plate of the lower surface plate group, The bent edge on the tip side of each upper surface plate is engaged with the above-mentioned connecting frame material located at the front of the line, and the other opposing side frame material is inserted from the side direction immediately in front of the adjacent part of the upper and lower surface plates. The core material is injected between both surface plates at a portion where the upper and lower surface plates are close to each other in parallel with the desired dimensions, and the upper side is injected into one of the connecting frame materials located at the rear of the line. This method is characterized in that the bent edges on the rear end side of the face plates of the face plate group are engaged, and after the core material is foamed and solidified by heating means, the connecting portion of the frame member is cut.

They may be supplied while being regulated by a supply guide means, or they may be temporarily connected and supplied using a removable adhesive means such as an adhesive tape.

In addition, if the other opposing side frame material is supplied immediately before the adjacent parts of the upper and lower surface board groups, it should be supplied to the side of the surface board for each tree, or the frame materials should be connected to each other. It may be connected by adhesive means and continuously supplied to the bent edges of the upper and lower surface plates.

After solidifying the core material using a heating means, the connecting portions of each connecting frame member are sequentially cut, thereby making it possible to continuously manufacture a sandwich panel having frame members on all four sides.

ルの連続製造方法。A group of face plates in which a plurality of face plates with right-angled bent edges on the four sides are connected to each other on the same plane are arranged in pairs above and below, and are continuously synchronized so that they face each other with their flat parts on the outside. At this time, one opposing connecting frame member having a connecting portion at the bent edge of the lower adjacent surface plates is engaged to feed the surface plate group on the line, Gradually bring the upper surface plate group closer to each other so as to correspond to each surface plate of the lower surface plate group, and engage the bent edge on the tip side of each upper surface plate with the connecting frame material located in front of the line, The other opposing side frame material is supplied from the side direction immediately in front of the adjacent portions so as to engage with the bent edges of the upper and lower surface plates, and the upper and lower surface plates are both parallel to each other at desired dimensions and adjacent to each other. A core material is injected between the surface plates, and the bent edge on the rear end side of the surface plate of the upper surface plate group is engaged with one of the connecting frame members located at the rear of the line, and the core material is foamed by heating means. A continuous manufacturing method for sandwich panels, which comprises cutting the connecting portions of the frame material after solidification.
