に堆積する水を除く役目をし、又堆積する泥土そのもの
が除水されるので、畦塗りに支障を来すことはなかった
が、泥土の掻き上げ後のローター部の軌跡が残る程の硬
い泥土の場合は、前記のようになりがたいのである。
