Abstract

PURPOSE:To inspect the inside of a pipeline without water failure, by fixing a split tee with a gate valve on a piping to mount an inspecting device containing a fiber scope in an inspection hole drilled. CONSTITUTION:A split tee 1 is fixed at an inspecting point of a piping T by clamping split plates 2 and 3 with a bolt 4. An inspection hole is drilled in the piping T with a drilling device 11 screwed into a tip hole 6 provided at a takeoff port 5 and a lower end coupling 26 of a sleeve 21 is screwed into the takeoff port 5 to be connected thereto and a gate valve 8 is opened. A rotor 24 and a working cylinder 23 are turned with an operation handle 24t and a tip inspection head 31 of a center rod 27 is run through the inspection hole and fixed sticking into the piping T. A fiber 33 is inserted into an insert hole of the center rod 27 at an insertion port of a cap body 28 and a tip part 33a is set inside an inspection window fitted into the inspection head 31. Then, a dial 32b is operated to adjust the angle of the tip 33a as desired and the inside of the piping T is observed closely with a scope screen section 32a through the inspection window.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention is for investigating the internal state of various fluid distribution pipes (hereinafter simply referred to as pipes) such as water pipes, oil transport pipes, or gas pipes. This article relates to research methods and equipment used for the research.

For example, if cast iron water pipes are used for many years, so-called rust spots may form on the inner surface of the pipe T as shown in Figure 1, producing red water, and eventually reducing the water flow capacity and causing the pipe to no longer function as a pipe. However, since the occurrence of rust lumps X cannot be visually confirmed from the outside of the piping T, conventionally, the occurrence was confirmed when red water or a decrease in water flow occurred, or it was estimated based on the long experience of the contractor. If the measures are taken too late, corrosion, water leakage, or various water quality problems may occur, or conversely, there may be cases in which the wrong treatment is carried out even though no rust lumps have occurred, resulting in damage to the piping T. There is a strong desire to develop a method and device that can accurately investigate the occurrence of rust bumps X from the outside.

Therefore, an investigation method was developed in which a fiberscope developed for industrial use is inserted into the interior of the pipe T to observe the extent to which rust lumps X are occurring. According to this investigation method, the tip of the fiber equipped with the objective lens and light guide is connected to the pipe T.
By inserting it inside the pipe, the situation inside the pipe T can be displayed on the scope screen, allowing you to directly visually check the extent of rust lumps X, allowing you to take appropriate measures for pipe cleaning and lining. be.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] However, when inserting a fiberscope into the inside of the piping T, it is necessary to drill an insertion hole in the distribution IT, so it is necessary to shut off the water in the piping T during the investigation. However, there were problems such as causing inconvenience to users due to water outages and requiring cumbersome procedures such as notifying users of water outages and arranging water tankers.

Therefore, the technical problem of the present invention is to be able to accurately confirm the occurrence of rust lumps, etc. by inspecting the inside of the pipe with a fiberscope without cutting off the water in the pipe or otherwise blocking the flow of fluid. The purpose of this invention is to provide a survey method and a survey device for use in this survey.

However, in this case, a split-shaped pipe with a gate valve at the outlet is one in which the plate for the pipe holder is divided into two parts, upper and lower, and can be fixed around the pipe by tightening bolts, and is connected to the metal of one of the pipe holders. A gate valve (sluice valve) is installed in the middle of the installed installation port.
means a device that is installed so that it can be opened and closed freely.

■The element (1) above that constitutes the investigation method is that the cutter of a drilling machine can be used to drill an investigation hole at the inspection location of the pipe, and when drilling, the drilling machine is attached to the outlet of the split pipe. In addition, after drilling, the outlet can be closed with a gate valve, so the fluid in the pipe will not flow out from the outlet during work, and therefore the drilling work on the pipe can be done without water outages or interruptions. make it possible to do.

■Similarly, the factor (2) above is related to the insertion of the fiberscope, since when investigating the inside of piping using a fiberscope, an investigation instrument with the fiberscope built in is attached to the outlet of the divided pipe. Even if the gate valve at the outlet is opened, there is no need to worry about the fluid in the piping flowing out from the outlet. Therefore, even if an investigation is performed using a fiberscope, it is possible to conduct an investigation without water cut-off or interruption of the piping. do.

■Similarly, the factor (3) above is that internal inspections of piping using a fiberscope are carried out through the inspection window of the survey instrument inserted inside the piping, so the fiberscope does not come into direct contact with the fluid in the piping. Therefore, it is possible to accurately investigate the presence or absence of rust lumps, etc.

■Furthermore, the above-mentioned element (4) that constitutes the above-mentioned investigation device is such that the sleeve is directly connected to the outlet of the split-shaped pipe, so there is no concern that the fluid in the pipe will flow out from the outlet during the investigation. Therefore, it is possible to conduct an internal investigation of the piping without cutting off the water supply or shutting off the water, and since the center rod with the inspection window biased can be freely adjusted in the longitudinal direction (up and down direction), it is possible to conduct an internal investigation of the pipe to suit the diameter of the pipe to be investigated. By adjusting the center rod accordingly, the investigation window can always be set at a position suitable for investigation (for example, in the center of the pipe).

■Similarly, the element (5) above is that while it is possible to visually confirm the condition of the pipe surface accurately through the fiberscope through the inspection window inserted inside the pipe, it is also possible to operate the fiberscope's fiber at hand. Since the position of the objective lens and light guide provided at the tip can be adjusted to any desired angle, the tip can be correctly aligned with the inner surface of the investigation window, and the investigation angle (direction) can be set arbitrarily. It makes it possible to accurately investigate every corner of the inside of piping.

After installing the sleeve 21 as described above, rotate the rotating body 24 and the operating cylinder 23 with the operating handle 24t.
Due to the engagement of the thread groove 23a and the square screw 27b, the tip inspection head 31 of the center rod 27 protrudes from the inside of the outlet 5 through the inspection hole Ta and into the inside of the pipe T as shown in FIG. 10, and its protruding position is fixed with a screw. Secure by tightening 22n.

After setting the fiberscope 32 in this way,
By operating the dial 32b and setting the fiber tip 33a at an arbitrary angle, the inside of the pipe T can be observed in detail on the scope screen 32a through the inspection window 31a. It is possible to accurately investigate whether or not this has occurred.

As described above, the present invention allows the investigation of the inside of a pipe using a fiberscope without cutting off or cutting off the water in each pipe. There is no need to worry about causing a nuisance, and the construction is simple as there is no need to go through various procedures to notify of water outages or interruptions, so it has the advantage of being economical by saving construction materials and labor, and the fiberscope is also an excellent investigation window. It has the advantage of being able to accurately investigate the inside of a piping system because it can be inspected without directly touching the fluid inside the pipe. It is suitable for dogs when used to investigate the inside of various fluid piping such as pipes or gas pipes.
